At Body Health Massage our aim is to provide our clients with information, tools and knowledge on how to maintain their bodies and well being.
Working with the client we develop a maintenance program that addresses all aspects of massage and beyond in order to get them feeling their absolute
best through their daily activities.
At Body Health Massage we look at massage as a way of life and educate clients on its importance in order to make them feel the best they possibly can.
With the increase workloads, daily stresses, sporting and physical activities and general bodily aches life can bring, we help the client realise that the aches and
pains they have as a result can be relieved and eased with a bit of attention and help.
SERVICES:
Body Health Massage offers a range of services including Sports/Deep tissue massage, Remedial Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Swedish/Relaxation Massage.
However, we have developed our own style and techniques that combine a range of these services in order to gain the most effect for the client and their needs.
We incorporate all forms of massage techniques during a session to ensure the client walks out feeling as though the muscles have been addressed accordingly as
well as feeling relaxed and at ease. Through the use of massage techniques, stretches, exercises and other tools we look at the client’s needs and injuries and work
with them to get them back to full health and maintain a better way of life.
